HP ePrint Setup

ePrint allows a user to print a document without sitting in front of the printer. By using this feature, a user can print from anywhere. But it is important that your printer must support the ePrint. If your printer does not support the ePrint feature then you will not be able to print from any other location.In order to use this feature, it is required to enable the ePrint feature on your printer.

  • First make sure your printer supports ePrint feature.

  • After that, click on the ePrint button from the control panel of your printer.

  • If the button is not available on the control then go to the Web Services Setup or Wireless Setup using the control panel.

  • Press Ok or Setup to enable the ePrint.

  • Furthermore, connect your printer to the wireless or ethernet internet connection.

  • Now, you need to set up the email address and choose services from the list.

  • You can now find the email address in the ePrint summary.

  • Go to your computer now and open your email application to print using the ePrint feature.

  • Select the document which you want to print and then send this to the printer’s email address.

  • Voila! Your printer will now print the document for you.

HP AirPrint Setup

AirPrint allows you to print from your Apple iOS devices like iPhone, iPad etc wirelessly from anywhere. It is basically a mobile printing solution with which you can print in a blink of an eye. HP Airprint Setup is very easy and requires no technical knowledge.In order to set up your printer for the AirPrint, you do not need any printer-specific drivers.

  • First, make sure both the printer and iPhone is connected to the same wireless network.

  • Now you need to download the drivers on your Apple device.

  • Also make sure that the wireless direct is configured on the printer.

  • You can change the name on the printer which must be used with the AirPrint.

  • Now, you can print any document, and photo using your printer.

  • Open your document or photo which you want to print and then select AirPrint application.

  • Now, on your device go to the settings option and then select WiFi networks.

  • Furthermore, from the list you need to select the name of your printer.

  • Voila! You have successfully sent the document to be printed using your printer.

HP Cloud Print Setup

  • These printers connect directly to the web.

  • Make sure your printer is cloud ready or is ePrint capable.

  • Open Google chrome

  • In a new tab open chrome:// devices

  • Click My Devices and check if your printer is listed under it

  • If your printer is listed under My Devices, then your printer is already registered with Google Cloud Print.

  • Click Manage to view the registered Google Cloud Print printers.

  • If it is listed under New Devices, click Register and print a confirmation page.

  • In some printers, you may be asked to complete the registration from the printer control panel.

HP Printer Windows 10 Setup

HP Printers allows you to print from various devices like Windows PC, Mac, and Mobile devices etc. You can connect your printer to your Windows 10 system using either USB cable, Ethernet cable or Wireless Network.

  • You need to ensure that your system and printer must connected over the same wireless network.

  • You can connect your printer with the wireless network using the control panel.

  • Click on the Setup and then select Wireless LAN Settings.

  • Now, select your SSID and then enter your password to connect with the Wireless network.

  • After that, go to the computer and then open any document or photo which you want to print.

  • Furthermore, you need to click on the Print option.

  • Change the print settings, if required and then click Print again.

  • You can also print a document or photo from your email id.
